Dean Ensor and Daniel Shepherd have merged their talents and skills to form D-Tex Group trading as Tex Signs . . .

Dean Ensor (Director) has been in the Sign Industry for 13 years, gaining experience with other sign companies in the East Auckland area before establishing Tex Signs in 2005. Dean is a Graphic Designer by trade, but has used his time in the sign industry to be well versed in all facets of sign creation to sign installation.

Daniel Shepherd (Director) has been in the Printing Industry for 7 years, working firstly for Aarque Graphics as a Colour Management Specialist. Daniel has written numerous Media profiles for most of the Large Format Digital Printers currently being used in the printing industry in NZ. He has also developed several Media Profiles for the HP Latex printers, which are being used globally. Daniel joined Dean at Tex Signs in Dec 2010.

We provide a range of services range including Conceptual Graphic Design, Large Format Digital Printing, Sign Fabrication, and Installation (including Vehicle Wrapping).

Tex Signs operates in a modern spacious warehouse at Unit 4, 10 Basalt Place, East Tamaki, enabling all services to be completed under one roof.

We have invested in the latest digital printing equipment purchasing the HP Design-jet L25500 printer using Eco-friendly Latex Ink technology.

Latex ink can be used for both indoor and outdoor signage.

The print speed and instant drying of all prints done on our Latex printer gives us a quick turnaround times and a huge improvement in our production time

As one of the first sign writers in East and South Auckland to have purchased a Latex printer we can offer a service that rivals our competitors. Our ability to print up to 1500mm wide reduces the need to join large prints ensuring a high quality flawless finish on every job.

Outdoor signage produced with Latex inks provides the durability of eco-solvent inks with display permanence up to three years un-laminated and up to five years laminated, as well as scratch, smudge and water resistance.

The HP Designjet L25500 printer features the ENERGY STAR rating, which demonstrates compliance with strict energy-efficiency guidelines
